PERRY COUNTY SCHOOLS

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

In order to process your application, you must do the following:

1.  Complete the "Application for Employment form.
a.  If you have a Tennessee teacher's license certificate, you should attach a photocopy
b.  Attach an official college transcript . (It must bear the school seal)

2.  Sign the "Employment Application Notice and Authorization" Form, and have a witness sign it.
3.  Return the completed application packet to:
